Star Wars: The Old Repubilic: First impressions!

So i bought the game, i have been playing it a bit and first impressions can be summed up in one word: Wow. Ill admit im a little tipsy right now but its gotta be said the extra effort (and subsequent delays) that BioWare have put into making the game arevery noticable.

First off the class system is great: there are 4 starting classes which each split off to one of two sub classes at level 10.

I decided to roll a sith invoker to begin with and then move to a sith sorcerer at level 10.

Any of you guys players? If so which classes and races have ya gone?

Star Wars: The Old Republic!

Decided today that i am going to buy Star Wars the Old Republic on Friday after exams are finished!

My friend has just bought it and says its really good so its decided im gonna fork out the cash and start playing!

Been excited about this game for a long time, and how BioWare have constantly pushed back the release date gives me the idea that the game will be very finely tuned and a great experience! This is the first game i have heard of that could be a "WoW killer" so i hope my expectations are lived up to!

The things that appeal to me are:

The wide range of class choices
The branching storyline
Multiplayer storylines
Great graphics for an MMO

Opinions on the game? Any of you lot players?

Crush 3D: Another good 3DS title?

Crush 3D

Lets not lie, the 3DS was saved from its struggle by the 2 games everyone was waiting for: super mario 3D land, and Mario Kart 7.

Being someone that bought a 3DS on release date my thoughts were: finally.

Now im seeing a new game just recently come out which is worthy of the rare title for 3DS games: good.

The game is called Crush 3D and its a port of an old PSP game. The main focus of the game is to traverse the player through 3D levels and then "crush" the entire level to 2D through means of a button, to access before unreachable places.

                                                                  A level in 3D

The original Crush on PSP was released in 2007, the same year that Paper Mario came out for Wii, a game which utilised a very similar feature. Crush, However, had been conceptualised 5 years prior to said game and there is no dispute Crush developer Zoë Mode.

                                                        A level "crushed" into 2D

I am excited about adding this game to my 3DS collection as it has received positive reviews!
